Let clients book courses, arrange appointments, or reserve products

Bookings make it possible to offer your clients whatever options you want to offer:

Defining options for a class, appointment or guided tour, such as fixed time slots
Let clients choose the times that work best by giving them the option to reserve whatever range they need such as checking into a hotel
You can also block time off as un-bookable for either option, giving you time to take care of your other needs and build buffers between reservations, to ensure that the schedule works for you.

With your time slots, get as precise as you want. The extension facilitates bookings in days, hours, even minutes.

Book one-on-one meetings or multi-person activities

You may set the minimum and maximum number of participants: restrict a reservation for appointments to one-at-a-time or let a class or tour be booked by several people.

Give special rates for groups, days, or people.

Offer discounts to groups or individuals booking multiple slots, show lower early bird prices higher weekend prices, or special children’s prices. Bookings allow you to customize the prices as you wish.

In the time zone of the customer, display availability
Display your availability in the customer’s time zone whether your services are online or if you send anything to the customer, so they book the time they really need. They will be within the hours you set, whether bookings come from New York, New Mexico or New Zealand, so no surprise appointments!

For virtual courses, online appointments, or rentals that need to be shipped to the client, it is fine.

Never get yourself double-booked
Avoid double bookings by assigning a separate booking with the necessary resources. For example, if a fitting and a stylist are booked by your 2:00 bride until 3:30, the stylist will not appear available at 3:00 for the bride scheduling a fitting. You’ll never have to think about giving two clients the same resource at the same time.

Manage your schedule, like Google Calendar synchronization, your way

To see how your day or month is shaping up, use the calendar view. To access relevant programs or resources, update current bookings or availability, or filter.

Are there still customers calling in to make reservations the old-fashioned way? Add them from the calendar manually when you’re on the phone.
