Due to the nature of digital downloads, which are immediately accessible after purchase, all sales are considered final. There is no trial period or grace window.
However, we will consider refund requests under the following conditions:

❌ Refunds will not be granted if:

The product requires license key input, but functions fully without it.
You broke your website while installing it (we can help with that).
You did not get a response within 10 minutes and did not allow us time to help (response time may take 24–72 hours).
You refused to provide access to your site for troubleshooting.
The item was purchased by someone with authorized access to your account (e.g., an employee or partner).
VIP Memberships are non-refundable as they offer full access to a comprehensive library at a discounted price.
Renewals are strictly non-refundable.
Purchasing a membership for “testing purposes” is strongly discouraged.
Under EU law, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, but only if:
You have not downloaded any digital product.
Once you download the product or a service begins, your right to withdrawal is forfeited.
All special offers and coupons are valid only for future purchases. They cannot be used retroactively to claim partial or full refunds on previous orders.
